However, we would like to put emphasis on the fact that we are not the sole decision-makers of flight ticket Cancelation and refund. Our Cancelation and refund policies are subject to the airline’s policies, and we will follow the same.
The following are our refund and Cancelation policies which we and every traveler must abide by,
- We majorly offer non-refundable flight tickets on our website with different airlines. However, some airlines offer refundable tickets per their policies, and passengers can claim refunds against any Cancelation if applicable.
- Passengers must place a flight Cancelation request within 24 hours of booking to get a refund if applicable.
- We must also ensure you that we do not provide any guarantee or warrant on flight booking Cancelation and refund.
- The credit amount given to them can be utilized for traveling purposes in future.
- If anyone redeems the credit, in that case also, it is important to pay the fare differences and the fine for the booking amount.
- We are a primary flight-booking platform and do not offer any other representations for the fee we charge.
- If any passenger has not taken the flight and informed our agents about the flight Cancelation, they can avail of a trip protection refund within ten days of purchase.
- The cancellation and the refund assurance are provided by the specific airline and we shall not be held responsible
- In some cases, the airlines approve the refund request for the ‘No Show’ reservation passengers and they receive their refund either in their bank accounts or as airline credit.
- We as a travel company do not claim or guarantee a time frame for accepting passengers' Cancelation and refund requests. We attend to each Cancelation and refund request in a serial order and send it to the respective airlines for approval in order to process the refund.
- We will notify the passengers with an email that we accept their Cancelation request after it has been placed via any channels with a reference for future correspondence.
- It doesn’t give assurance to the passengers that they will receive the refund on an immediate basis.
- In all the Cancelation procedures, we are not liable to refund the service fee. The service fee is the amount which is being charged to the passenger at the time of booking.

- If the Cancelation and refund request of any passenger is not accepted by the airline, then we do our best by refunding them the service fee that was charged during the ticket booking. But, we deduct the booking fee charged at the time of flight booking from passengers' refund amount.
The above refund and Cancelation policies are in accordance with the airfare rules and policies of each airline present on our travel website. Since the refund amount has to be disbursed by the airline we have no rights to control their policies or interfere in their procedures in any manner.
